A little more...

I apologise for the poor pics. Things like photographing LO's are not my forte. And Sara offered to show me how to scan and stich but I just haven't got around to it yet. Here are a few more of my little creations...

This one was done by using the ModScraps April kit (autumn leaves french twist) and it came with a great plastic guide which I used to create those little glitter circles around the journalling. I was going to put it into the 'onelittleword' comp that I know Amber is involved in (GO,GO SoML gals!) but I totally forgot all about it until Sunday evening when it was too late.

How cool is it using fabric? I am on a mad fabric hunt just lately. I finished Emily's curtains a while back and hung them and had a heaps of cord left. They were super long and so I of course SAVED it all - hey, a scrapper never chucks stuff out! And then I found the purple sheer stuff in a scraps bag which I knew would make a cool LO... The chipboard was the embossed MME bliss stuff but because I used the heidi swapp paint, it's pretty thick and covered the pattern- so I glittered it with stickles and spread it all over! The little gem crown was a heidi swapp one with a kit (not sure which one) and the ribbon and rikrak was some stuff I had laying around. The little metal plate was in the sale AGES ago at Artbase in an american crafts pack... and the pink heart holding on the acetate journalling ( I love using acetate!) was put on with my crop-o-dile (FAB tool!!!) and then snapped on. The heart buttons were doodlebug... I think thats it. It's all very pink and girlie and suits Emily down to a 'T'.

Now this one was taken back in Jan but I haven't used any of the snow pics, bar a couple. She just loves that hat. She just loves any hat! (and her wellies) no matter the weather you can find her dancing round with a wooly hat on and her wellies. She has toddler-style... I painted the thicker letters with my heidi swapp FAVE paint, even the name of it is cool - Betty!
